LIVE FAITH CLUB
Live Faith Club is committed to respecting copyright laws while also exercising our rights under the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 107), particularly the doctrine of Fair Use.
As part of our educational and analytical content, we may include short excerpts from films, cartoons, TV shows, and GIFs. These materials are used exclusively for educational, analytical, and critical purposes and are not intended to infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
We do not commercially exploit copyrighted content in a way that harms copyright owners. Instead, we transform and reinterpret such materials as part of our educational mission, which is legally protected under Fair Use principles.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 107, the Fair Use doctrine permits limited use of copyrighted materials without the copyright owner’s permission under certain conditions. Live Faith Club ensures that our use of copyrighted content adheres to the following legal principles:
Purpose and Character of the Use
Our content is created for educational, analytical, research, and review purposes.
We transform the original material by adding commentary, textual explanations, animations, and visual modifications.
We do not sell, distribute, or monetize these materials as standalone products.
Nature of the Copyrighted Work
We use culturally significant and publicly discussed works, such as clips from widely known films, animations, and TV shows.
The materials we use have already been widely distributed and publicly analyzed.
Amount and Substantiality of the Portion Used
We use only the minimum necessary portion of the work to serve an educational or analytical purpose.
Typically, video excerpts are limited to 3–5 seconds, and GIFs are used only in a brief and illustrative manner.
We do not use key moments or central narrative elements that define the original work’s commercial value.
Effect on the Market Value of the Original Work
Our use of copyrighted material does not replace or diminish demand for the original work.
We do not provide full reproductions or distribute materials that would compete with or substitute for the original.
Our content does not interfere with any paid distribution models of the original creators.
Based on these principles, our use of copyrighted content falls squarely within the legal framework of Fair Use and does not constitute copyright infringement.
We respect the rights of copyright holders and provide a mechanism for submitting copyright-related complaints.
If you are a copyright owner and believe that specific content on Live Faith Club violates your rights, you may submit a request for review.
To submit a complaint, please email copyright@livefaith.club with the following details:
Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
A specific URL on our platform where the allegedly infringing material appears.
A statement explaining why you believe the content is infringing.
Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
We will review all properly submitted claims within five (5) business days and may take one of the following actions:
Remove or restrict access to the content if we determine that it does not fall within Fair Use.
Respond with a Fair Use justification if we conclude that the material is lawfully used.
Request further clarification if the complaint lacks necessary legal details.
Nothing in this policy shall be interpreted as an admission that any specific material infringes upon third-party rights. Live Faith Club reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether content qualifies for protection under Fair Use. A complaint does not constitute proof of infringement, and we will not remove content automatically upon request unless legally required to do so.
Safe Harbor Protection (17 U.S.C. § 512)
Live Faith Club operates in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Safe Harbor provisions, which protect online service providers from liability as long as they follow proper notice and takedown procedures.
Avoiding Legal Disputes and Claims
We make a good-faith effort to comply with copyright laws and design our content to meet Fair Use requirements.
If a copyright claim is unsubstantiated or abusive, we reserve the right to challenge it legally under U.S. law.
No Automated Mass Takedown Requests
We do not process mass automated DMCA takedown requests without specific, individualized claims that comply with legal requirements.
Rights holders must provide a properly formatted legal request, including evidence of ownership and a valid explanation of alleged infringement.
Reservation of Rights to Challenge Unlawful Copyright Claims
Live Faith Club reserves the right to challenge any copyright takedown request that is frivolous, abusive, or inconsistent with U.S. copyright law, including Fair Use protections under 17 U.S.C. § 107. We may request additional documentation from the complainant to verify their claim and, where necessary, pursue legal remedies against wrongful takedown demands.
Disclaimer of Liability and Indemnification
Live Faith Club, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the interpretation or enforcement of copyright laws by third parties.
By using this platform, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Faith Club from any claims related to the use of copyrighted material under Fair Use principles. This includes, but is not limited to, any legal fees, damages, or penalties imposed as a result of a copyright claim.
Live Faith Club is fully compliant with U.S. copyright laws, including Fair Use protections and DMCA Safe Harbor provisions.
