These Terms will be governed by the laws of Ukraine without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms must be filed in the courts of Ukraine. By using the Site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
However, LLC DV Media reserves the right to bring legal proceedings in any jurisdiction where we believe a violation of these Terms has occurred or is occurring.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will first be addressed through online mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the matter will be submitted to online arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted via video conference or another agreed-upon online platform, and the decision will be final and binding.
