Live Faith Club provides online courses to users seeking educational content through our platform. This Refund and Cancellation Policy sets forth the conditions under which refunds may be granted for course purchases.

A user may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • The user has engaged with less than 20% of the course content, as determined by our platform’s tracking system.

  • The refund request is submitted in writing to refunds@livefaith.club in accordance with the procedure outlined in Section 3.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days after approval.

To determine refund eligibility, Live Faith Club assesses course engagement based on platform activity, including:

  • The number of lessons or modules accessed.

  • Participation in quizzes, assignments, or other interactive components.


If our system records indicate that less than 20% of the course has been accessed, the refund request will be considered valid. If 20% or more has been accessed, the refund request will be denied.


Users are encouraged to review course descriptions and introductory materials before purchasing, as refunds are strictly limited to the conditions outlined above.

The request must include the following information:

  • Full name

  • Email address associated with the purchase

  • Course name

  • Brief explanation for the refund request (optional but recommended)


Live Faith Club will review the request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed in accordance with Section 1.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The user has accessed 20% or more of the course content.

  • The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after purchase.

  • The course was purchased at a discount or as part of a promotional offer (unless explicitly stated otherwise).

  • The user was removed from the course due to a violation of the Terms of Service.

  • The refund request is based solely on a change of personal preference.

  • If Live Faith Club cancels a course, affected users will receive a full refund.

  • If temporary technical issues affect course access, refunds will not be issued; however, Live Faith Club will take all reasonable measures to restore access promptly.

  • Users who violate our Terms of Service may have their access revoked without eligibility for a refund.

Users must follow the refund request procedure outlined in this policy. Initiating a chargeback or dispute through Stripe or PayPal without first contacting Live Faith Club may result in:

  • Denial of future access to Live Faith Club courses and services.

  • Live Faith Club contested the dispute by providing evidence of the user’s course engagement.
